The burn meditation and sharing last Tuesday (Dec 4) went really deep. We were six people, but it seemed like the room had 20 participants going for it. Everyone felt the power of the meditation, and the energy. My own perspective was that the event does not need a lot of people, just it needs a totality from those present, and we had that in spades. Avinash and I just got back from co leading an Awakening of Love there in Ft. Lauderdale. It was at a Center run by a sannyasin named Nayano, a beautiful center close to the beach, Urban Namaste. It was amazing to see 16 people turn out, some having traveled 4 or 5 hours to get there, to do the work. What is the work? Read on….
Satori meditation retreat

I just finished the 7 day satori intensive, 24 hours silence, isolation, and working with a koan as an arrow IN. Wow. Life changing. Again.
Working with Ganga (Awareness Academy in Greece) is a joy, she is mixing over 30 years of experience in this method with a very strong intuitive understanding of how the mind/consciousness works. This is the second intensive for me in 6 months, and it is as life changing as the two week Satori I did last November in Corfu. Read on….

Hi PUNITAMA and everyone!!!!
I miss everyone so! I really wish I could have a big hug and see your smiling faces right now… Ummm okay so, I came to Assam with a guy from the Ashram named Mukut. I was running out of money. Meanwhile, he had been “about to leave” for about 3 days but couldn’t bring himself to do it. He somehow mentioned that I could stay with his family for up to 3 months for free, free food, etc. And we left the next morning!! Read on….
