The quest for Who is in? and Who am I? is as old as humanity. These questions are the core questions of every human being – no matter if man or woman, young or old, stupid or clever, seeker or businessman. The reality of one’s truth in each moment is a discovery, not a static thing like the ideas we have of ourselves, which we’ve learned from others.
Cost: $389 Early Registration till May 9.
Satori uses the ancient method of the koan along with the inquiry process rooted in the moment to create the opportunity for you to have a direct experience of your self. This is always present and separate from past experiences, opinions of others, hopes for the future, and regrets of the past. It is not an intellectual answer or understanding, and it is not found or experienced via the mind. You need to go into these questions and experience them directly – without the mind’s interference. For more details about this retreat, see the dedicated website: satori-now.net
The one day event(s) WHO IS IN?
WHAT CAN I GET OUT OF THE PROCESS?
Relaxation, trust, love, openness for oneself and others will grow simultaneously with understanding. A glimpse of one’s truth directly can be a door of transformation and intuitive understanding, and insight, self understanding, intuition, and a sense of freedom that comes from inner clarity can become available in a direct way.
SATORI RETREAT
The group is fully residential for 5 days, and arrival evening May 22 is necessary for check in at the venue and introduction of the process. Dynamic and Kundalini, both active meditations, are part of the process. The ancient Zen technique of facing the wall in silence is combined with the modern technique of structured communication facing a partner. Opening yourself in the presence of another person supports the incentive for the inquiry into who you truly are. It is the creation of the possibility of the phenomenon which the buddhists call “Letting the dust settle,” which refers to the inner clarity which arises when an individual encounters his inner truth, recognizes it, and lives it.
