Arbitration
The parties agree that any dispute arising between the parties (with the
exception of non-payment by buyer) shall be subject to arbitration in
accordance with the procedures of the American Arbitration Association
which shall be conducted in the city of Denver, Colorado.
The Parties further agree that the sole venue and jurisdiction for
disputes arising from this Agreement shall be the appropriate state
court in the City of Boulder and federal court located in the City of
Denver, and the parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such
courts.
