Shipping & Returns

Items purchased online in the Osho Leela Meditation Store are shipped within 2 to 3 business days of purchase via US Post Office regular or Priority mail, or UPS. Be sure to enter your correct address into your account when you create your account. Items or total purchases exceeding $50 are insured to 100% of purchase price, and include Delivery Confirmation. Shipping prices are posted per item, but can vary if the USPS raises prices, or for international shipments.

Returns: Items such as books and CDs can be returned for exchange within 7 days of purchase if they arrive damaged. Please contact us on the contact page regarding damaged items, as you will need a Order/Return # included with your item you are returning. Without an Order/Return # we will not honor the return. Send all returns postage paid to the address emailed you in our reply to your email. After receiving your damaged item backe will post you another copy. It's important to look over your purchase when it arrives to make sure it is undamaged, as there is a 7 day limit for returning items.

There is no refunds on books and CDs.

WORKSHOPS, TRAININGS, GROUPS
Refunds are available for payment for groups up to the day before the group starts. AFTER the group starts, there are no refunds given. Please interview with the respective group or workshop leaders about the process to be sure it is right for you before entering the group.
