Quantum Light Breath Workshop

In this one day workshop, we will use the power of cyclical, focused breathing to release and heal past traumatic experiences that prevent us from feeling connected to ourselves, others, and the present moment. Through powerful breathwork, we will create a safe, loving, and supportive environment conducive to healing. This allows us to experience the joy and lightness that lie deep within.
